Titanium Circle

Definitions / Acronyms have the meanings respectively as set out below:

“Application” refers to the Platform in which, the TC Member (as defined below) use to interact, engage and participate in.

“TC” means Titanium Circle.
“SAM” means SmartAsset Marketing Sdn Bhd (Company No. 201601015406 (1186337-D)) being the

management company for this Application.
“TC Member” means a registered member of the Titanium Circle.

“Titanium Token” or ‘TT’ is a cash equivalent reward awarded, when a TC Member pays for goods and / or services for using the Application.

“TC Partner” means a company, merchant (or any other person) which supplies qualifying goods and / or services in respect of the Application, upon which the Titanium Token can be used and/or redeemed by a TC Member.

A TC Member is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions herein when he/she first uses the Application.

A TC Member has the option to make redemption by using full or partial Titanium Tokens.
SAM, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to administer the Titanium Token in such manner as it deems appropriate. The decisions of SAM are final and binding on all matters related to the Titanium Token.
The terms and conditions herein may be subject to amendments or change at any time, without any prior notice.
The whole redemption process may take up to 45 working days on the successful redemption made. Please note that the period for the redemption process may be extended as the process may be delayed, hindered or prevented by circumstances beyond the control of SAM including but not limited to the default of TC Partner(s) in delivering the rewards not due to the fault of SAM (if applicable), epidemic, pandemic, governmental lockdowns, governmental acts, orders or restrictions or any other circumstances or whatsoever nature beyond the control of SAM. In such event, SAM shall not be liable to TC Member for such delay and SAM shall notify the affected relevant TC Member promptly.
There shall be no expiry date on the Titanium Tokens earned by TC Members, unless otherwise specified.
Titanium Tokens used to redeem any product and/or services transfer rewards is deemed utilised.
Titanium Tokens earned cannot be converted into cash and is non-transferable to any other parties.
TC Member(s) acknowledge and agree that there is no “Trial Period” for rewards redeemed.
By participating in the TC, TC Member(s) consent and authorize SAM and/or TC Partner to use and/or disclose TC Member(s)’ particulars to any third party, including participating merchants/suppliers and courier providers, strictly for the purposes of redemption under this Programme. Disclosure shall be limited to the TC Member(s)’ name, address, telephone number, email address and relevant membership number (where applicable) for the purposes of this Programme. TC Member(s) declare that all information/personal data of the customers were provided voluntarily and TC Member(s) have acknowledged, consented and accepted that their information/personal data may be collected, processed and disclosed to SAM/TC Partners in accordance with its Personal Data Protection Notice for this Programme.
Titanium Tokens (TT) cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, discounts, vouchers or other privilege cards, unless otherwise stated. Rewards are strictly non- exchangeable for other rewards, cash or credit under any circumstances.
SAM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The changes to these Terms and Conditions, if any, will be posted on this page and the effective date will be indicated at the top. Please note that TC Members will not be notified of any changes made therefrom. If a TC Member does not agree to (or cannot comply with) the Terms and Conditions as amended, the TC Member should immediately stop using the Website and Services. SAM shall not be obliged to make any other remedy or compensation available to the TC Member. TC Members should regularly review these Terms and Conditions so that TC Members are aware of any changes. The continued use of the Website or Services after any such changes constitutes TC Members’ acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. Any Content which the TC Members have accessed previously will be subject to the provisions of the Terms and Conditions as they were as at the date the TC Members accessed that Content.
All rewards are available on a while stocks last basis and TC Patners may substitute it with any item of a similar monetary value. SAM may also remove, discontinue and/or replace all or any of the rewards anytime without prior notice.
SAM shall not be responsible for the products redeemed/purchased. The supplier/Merchant shall be solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities (including warranty), relating to the supply of the products and all ancillary charges and TC Members agree to deal with the respective supplier/merchant accordingly.
SAM may assign all or any part of this Agreement or its rights, interest or obligations at any time to any of its affiliates that can sufficiently execute the obligations under this Agreement.
PRIVACY TC Members agree and consent to the collection and processing of his/her personal data by SAM for the purposes relating to this Programme and for marking and communication purposes.

Titanium Edge

“TE” means Titanium Edge.

management company for this Application.
“TE Member” means a registered member of the Titanium Edge.

“Titanium Token” or ‘TT’ is a cash equivalent reward awarded, when a TE Member pays for goods and / or services for using the Application.

“TE Partner” means a company, merchant (or any other person) which supplies qualifying goods and / or services in respect of the Application, upon which the Titanium Token can be used and/or redeemed by a TE Member.

“TR” means Titanium Roundtable.

“TRT Member” means a registered member of the Titanium Roundtable.

“Titanium Token” or ‘TT’ is a cash equivalent reward awarded, when a TRT Member pays for goods and / or services for using the Application.

“TRT Partner” means a company, merchant (or any other person) which supplies qualifying goods and / or services in respect of the Application, upon which the Titanium Token can be used and/or redeemed by a TRT Member.

A TRT Member is deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions herein when he/she first uses the Application.
